用复合土工膜完善土坝防渗的实践

摘    要:介绍复合土工膜用于重要水库大坝防渗缺陷的完善处理工程的结构型式,材料种类选择,拼接及铺设工艺,质量检查等实践要点,土工膜底端埋置在心墙粘土中,顶端与防浪墙相连,两岩处锚固在混凝土齿墙上,重新形成完整的防渗体系,土工膜拼接采用焊接和粘接方式并总结了相应的拼接工艺流程及其因地制宜的质量检查方法,防渗完善处理工程经过多年运行,情况正常,实践证明,合理的设计和细致的施工是土工膜防渗工程成功的保证。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of composite geomembrane in seepage prevention defect treatment of important reservoir dam, including the structure type, material selection, splicing and placing technology of geomembrane and quality verification. The bottom of geomembrane is embedded in clayey soil of core wall while the top is connected with wave wall, and the 2 sides are anchored on concrete key wall, reforming an integral seepage prevention system. The geomembrane is spliced by welding and binding. The corresponding splicing technology procedure and quality verification in the light of local condition are summarized. After long time operation, the seepage treatment works of Maojiacun reservoir is still in normal condition. The experiences demonstrate that the reasonable design and careful construction are requisite condition for the success of geomembrane seepage prevention works
