摘    要:不确定度理论及应用技术是新一代GPS标准体系中的关键技术之一。新一代GPS利用不确定度的量化统计特性和经济杠杆调节作用,实现产品设计、制造和检测/认证全过程资源配置的优化。

Abstract:New generation GPS standard system utilizes the statistic property and economical lever effect of uncertainty to optimize the resource distribution.It provides a tie to connect the design,manufacture and measurement of a product.So uncertainty theory and its application is one of the key technologies in new generation GPS.It can provide theoretical basis for Chinese GPS to research on uncertainty theory and its application technology.
