| 摘 要： | 鹿化公司有两套10万t/a复合肥生产装置,一套是团粒法造粒生产工艺的老系统,一套是氨酸法造粒生产工艺的新系统。通过对这两套装置的工艺流程、生产原理、控制要点、工艺指标、产品结构、市场情况及销售情况进行综合比较、优劣评判,认为氨酸法工艺节能效果好,生产的产品市场前景更广阔。

| Abstract: | There are two 100 kt/a plants for compound fertilizers in Luzhai chemical fertilizer Co., Ltd, one is an old system with agglomeration process, another is a new system with acid ＆ ammonia process. Based on the comprehensive comparisons on process flow, production principle, control points, process index, and product structure, market situation, sale status of products between two plants, it is considered that acid ＆ ammonia process has well energy saving effect, and its products have a wide market prospect. |
