| 摘 要： | 国产水轮机调速器CT40在运行中存在较多问题,在技术改造中,保留了原调速器中的接力器和油压装置,只对调速系统主配压阀以上部分施行技术改造,并应用天津电气传动设计研究所的步进电机凸轮直控主配压阀和PLC本机测频两项研究成果,使调速器技术改造得以用最小的投资跨入现代先进水平

| Abstract: | The domestic CT 40 speed governor of turbine has many problems in the operation. In the technical transformation of speed governor, we keep the servomotor and oil pressure system of the original speed governor but improve the upper part of main pressure distribution valve of the speed governor. Meanwhile, two research results of cam direct control pressure distribution of step motor and PLC controller made in Tianjin Electrical Driving Design Institute have been used, which makes the technical transformation of speed governor gain the modern advanced level with the minimum input. |
