| 摘 要： | 结合武钢P3A2钢冷轧薄板的特点,试验研究了热轧卷取温度对冷轧薄板性能不均匀性的影响规律.结果表明,热轧卷取温度对冷轧薄板屈服强度不均匀性有较大影响,对抗拉强度和伸长率影响不大;卷取温度越高,冷轧板的屈服强度越低,整卷钢不同部位性能不均匀性越明显,表现特征为头、尾屈服强度偏高,中间屈服强度偏低;最后确定680℃为最佳的...

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of cold-rolled sheet of P3A2 steel,the effect of hot-rolled coiling temperature on the inhomogeneity of mechanical properties of cold-rolled sheet was studied.The results showed that the yield strength was influenced significantly by hot-rolled coiling temperature compared with tensile strength and elongation.The higher coiling temperature is,the lower the yield strength is.Meanwhile,the performance of different parts of the coil is not uniform,that is,the yield strength of the ... |
