| 摘 要： | 为研制生产德标BSt500S(B)钢筋,通过对钢筋德国标准和技术要求进行分解的方式,制定了对应的冶炼、轧制工艺参数.试验生产的钢筋力学性能ReL≥540MPa,Rm≥710MPa,Rm/ReL≥1.20;横截面积负偏差控制在-2.85%以内,综合合格率达到100%.

| Abstract: | In order to develop and produce hot rolled bar BSt500S(B) for German Standard,the process parameters of steelmaking and rolling were established on the basis of analyzing the German Standard and its technical requirements.The mechanical properties of the trial production bar are as follows: ReL≥540MPa,Rm≥710MPa and Rm/ReL≥1.20.The negative deviation of bar sectional area can be controlled less than 2.85% and overall percent of pass gets up to 100%. |
