摩擦接触单元在粘钢有限元分析中的应用

摘    要:通过采用ANSYS中摩擦接触中的面-面接触单元对粘钢加固梁和双向板进行数值模拟,得到的粘钢加固梁的界面应力分布和解析解进行对比以及粘钢加固双向板的弯矩、剪力分布和差分解进行对比,其结果均较吻合;有限元结果表明:沿粘结剂和混凝土交界面的应力与沿钢板和粘结剂交界面的应力分布并不相同。

Abstract:A 3D friction contact element method is developed,which is used to analyze a beam and a two-way plate strengthened by bonded steel plate.The result of interface stress distribute of a beam strengthened by bonded steel plate compared with the one of analytical solutions,the same comparison of the bending and shearing is used for a two-way plate strengthened by bonded steel plate,and the numerical results agree with the analytical results with reasonable reliability.The finite element results show that stresses vary strongly across the adhesive layer,with the stresses along the adhesive-to-concrete interface being very different from those along the plate-to-adhesive interface.
