| 摘 要： | 由于CSCW系统涉及到的对象主要是人和计算机，因此能否合理有效地配言人员并对人员进行管理就成为CSCW系统能否成功实施的关键。本文介绍了CSCW的基本概念，分析了CSCW系统实施中人员管理的特点与传统人员管理的区别，探讨了CSCW系统对人员管理模型的要求，进而通过实例对CSCW系统中的人员管理模型进行了说明。

| Abstract: | The objects that CSCW system deals with are mainly persons and computers , sowhether the persons can be configured and managed effectively has become the crucialpoint to whether the CSCW system can be implemented successfully . This paperintroduced the basic concept of CSCW,analyzed the differences between the personnelmanagement while CSCW system is being carried out and the traditional personnelmanagement, and discussed the requests for personnel management modeling ofCSCW system , then explained the personnel management model of CSCW system bymeans of an example . |
