氮化硅锰在钢中增氮应用研究

摘    要:通过实验室和工业试验研究,得出氮化硅锰在钢中可起到增氮作用,LF精炼后期加入氮化硅锰,氮的收得率较稳定,平均为55.7%。用氮化硅锰在钢中增氮不会影响钢中夹杂物的含量,成品钢的金相检验结果、低温冲击性能等均满足相应钢种的标准要求。

Abstract:Through laboratory and industry experiment research, Si-Mn-N alloy can increase nitrogen concentration in steel, add the alloy at the end of LF refinement, nitrogen yield is more stability at average 55.7%. Increasing nitrogen in steel by Si-Mn-N alloy can't influence inclusion content in steel, metallographic examination result of the finished product steel, low temperature impact toughness can all meet the standards of corresponding steel grades.
