双掺Cr~(3+)和Nd~(3+)透明玻璃陶瓷
摘    要:采用分析纯原料,利用分相成核,制备了透明性良好的掺Cr3+和Nd3+的B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2系透明玻璃陶瓷,测定了材料的吸收光谱、发射光谱和荧光寿命,分析讨论了光谱特点和Cr3+到Nd3+的能量传递特性。

Abstract:The transparent glass-ceramics in the system of B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2singly doped and co-doped by Cr3+ and Nd3+ were prepared by heat treatment in one step process according to the principle of phase segregation and use of the analytically pure raw materials, Absorption and emission spectra and lifetime of the samples were tested. The spectroscopic charactCristics and transfer of energy from Cr3+and Nd3+ were studied.
