柴油机实验室油耗测量系统的方案设计与仿真

摘    要:针对柴油机实验室油耗测量系统进行方案设计,并应用AMESim软件对系统进行仿真,通过软件的批处理功能获得了换热系统中冷热水温度和混合调节阀阀体位置对系统出口温度的影响,并分析了管路压力对系统测量精度的影响。分析结果表明:换热系统的冷热水温度变化时,系统出口温度由最小值线性过渡至最大值,可以通过控制调节阀阀体位置实现对系统出口温度的精确控制,而且管路压力的变化会造成燃油短暂回流,但不会对系统测量精度造成影响,为系统的搭建和进一步改进提供参考。

Abstract:As for the laboratory fuel consumption measurement system, a program design was conducted, AMESim software was used for the simulation analysis about the system. The relationship curves of the valve body position and hot cold water temperature with the system outlet temperature were acquired by batch function of the software, and the mass flow measurement accuracy of the system with different line pressure was analyzed. The results show that the outlet temperature of the system changes from the minimum to the maximum linear with the changes of the temperature of the hot and cold water, outlet temperature of the system can be precise controlled by adjusting the position of the valve body, and the changes of line pressure will cause fuel short back, but will not affect the precision of the system. The research provides reference for building and improvement of fuel consumption measurement system.
