摘    要:文章介绍DDS工作原理和AD9954、 AD9959的特性,论述信号源硬件设计、调频软件设计和性能分析。该信号源具有结构简单、频率分辨率高、功耗低、输出频率信号相位连续、频率转换时间短、调制简单灵活等优点,实现通信系统原位检测的功能需求。

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle of DDS and the feature of AD9954 and AD9959.The design of hardware and FM software and the analysis of performance are discussed in detail.The test result indicates that this design have many excellence performances,such as high frequency resolution,low power cost,output fre- quency signal continuous and the time of frequency-shift short and modulation simple and flexible.The signal source is to realize the functional demand of in-situ test of communication system.
