摘    要:采用自蔓延高温合成技术制备TiC/Fe复合粉末材料,研究了铁含量对燃烧温度,燃烧波速度的影响。采用XRD和SEM对合成产物的物相和结构特征进行了研究,并认相量对控制材料的结构特征起着主要的作用。通过燃烧波铜楔块淬熄法,对合成过程及结构形成过程作了分析。

Abstract:TiC-Fe powder composites with Fe varying from 5% to 35% (by weight) were synthesized by SHS The effect of Fe content on combustion temperature and the propagating speed of combustion front was studied The phase composition and microstructure of the synthesized products were investigated by XRD and SEM The liquid amount and combustion temperature play an important role in the formation of microstructure of products With CFQ, the process of synthesis and structure forming was analyzed
