矿井直流电动机换向极漏磁系数的有限元计算与分析

摘    要:以2600kW矿井直流电动机为例,在建立其二维有限元数值模型基础上,对不同换向极宽度情况下,换向极采用不同绕组分布及不同第二气隙分布下负载工况磁场分布进行了分析。同时,利用额定负载时换向极身中的磁通与穿过气隙的总磁通,对换向极漏磁系数进行了计算与分析。

Abstract:For the 2600kW mine DC motor with commutating pole of different width, the distribution condition of different winding and magnetic field in different second gap under load condition are analyzed on the basis of 2-D finite-element numerical model. At the same time, leakage magnetic coefficient of commutating pole is calculated and analyzed by magnetic flux in itself and gap at rated load.
