| 摘 要： | 重钙改产磷铵的关键在于反应和洗涤两部分。当预中和加管式反应器加转鼓氨化工艺流程和控制技术基本成熟以后 ,洗涤系统的改造就成了惟一的关键问题。本文根据重钙装置工艺流程的特点 ,结合生产经验 ,提出一种新的洗涤流程。取消原易堵的卧式洗涤器 ,采用文丘里、二级方管加二级空塔 ,满足工艺生产要求 ,基本不堵塞

| Abstract: | The key steps of ammonium phosphate production by triple superphosphate facility lie in the 2 stages of reaction and scrubbing. When the technology of preneutralization and pipe reactor and drum ammoniation gets matured, the revamping of scrubbing system becomes the only key problem. Based on characteristics of triple superphosphate production and operational experience, a new scrubbing process is proposed: Venturi meter, 2 sector square pipes and 2 section empty towers replace the previous easily blocked horizontal washer. This can meet the needs of production and scarcely blocked. |
