半导体激光治疗耳鼻喉科疾病的疗效观察

高功率半导体激光作为新一代光刀近年来已进入临床应用，它特另适用于内窥镜及耳鼻咽喉科腔内手术。我科施行各类手术65例，总有效率达93.8％。半导体激光具有所需功率低，手术时间短，出血少，视野清，损伤少，术后癜痕形成少，器材使用寿命长以及电脑自动记录等优点。它是一种很有前景的手术途径。

Observation of semiconductor laser effects on otorhinolarynglogy diseases

The high powerful semiconductor laser has entered into clinical application as a new stage of laser knife. It is especially suitable to the operation under endoscope and in the cavity of ear, nose and throat. Our department has done 65 various kinds of operation. The total rate of efficiency is 93. 8% The advantage of semiconductor laser may be mentioned as follows: lower operation power; shorter operation time; less bleeding; more clear operation filed; smaller damage; smaller postoperation scar; longer usage of instrument and automatic computer record. In a word, it is a prospective operative approach.
