| 摘 要： | 本文通过现场观察、分析、试验并结合相关铸造工艺,说明内冷铁在大型铸钢件凝固控制方面所起的重要作用,以及对后期铸件无损探伤的有着重要影响。并在原有铸件凝固工艺基础上进一步具体介绍如何优化内冷铁在铸件凝固方面的工艺,从而提高铸件质量,满足探伤要求。
