基于Pro/E及ANSYS的涡旋盘参数化设计

摘    要:利用Pro/E的Program对涡旋盘的特征参数编程建立了涡旋盘的参数化设计模型,同时利用ANSYS的ADPL对涡旋盘的结构参数编程建立了涡旋盘的参数化分析模型.设计结果表明,基于Pro/E及ANSYS的涡旋盘参数化设计,有效地解决了利用三维CAD设计软件,建立的涡旋盘模型导入ANSYS中作为分析模型无法再生的问题,提高了涡旋盘的设计及分析效率,对实现涡旋压缩机的CAD/CAE一体化系统研究具有重要意义.

Abstract:This paper uses the Program of Pro/E on the characteristic parameters of the orbiter to get the establishment of the scrolls parametric design model,and uses the ADPL of ANSYS program on the structural parameters of the orbiter to get the establishment of the scrolls parametric analysis model.As the design result shows,the parametric design of the orbiter based on Pro/E and ANSYS effectively solve the problem that using the orbiter model which is created by three-dimensional CAD design software is imported ANSYS as a analysis model can not be recycled,and improve the efficiency of the design and analysis on the orbiter,it has great significance to achieve CAD/CAE integration system of scroll compressor.
