我国大型原生金红石矿的选矿工艺

摘    要:介绍了湖北枣阳金红石矿、山西代县碾子沟金红石矿、河南西峡金红石矿、河南方城金红石矿、陕西商南金红石矿、四川会东新山金红石矿及江苏等地榴辉岩型金红石矿的矿石性质及近年来各研究单位对这些地区的矿石进行选矿试验研究的结果。分析指出我国原生金红石矿选矿工艺的特点是:①磨矿细度是影响金红石选别的重要因素,阶段磨矿、擦洗磨矿、添加助磨剂等手段均可有效提高选别效果;②根据原生金红石矿矿物组分及嵌布关系复杂的特点,金红石矿的选别必须采用重选、磁选、浮选、电选、酸洗等组成的联合选矿工艺,才能获得高质量的金红石精矿;③根据原矿品位低的特点,应将选矿工艺分为粗选和精选两阶段进行;④选择高效、无毒的组合捕收剂和调整剂,采用浮选法处理原生金红石矿是今后研究的主攻方向。

Abstract:This paper summarized the quality of rutile mineral in Zaoyang rutile mine in Hubei province,Nianzigou rutile mine in Dai county in Shaanxi province,Xixia rutile mine and Fangcheng rutile mine in Henan province,Shangnan rutile mine in Shaanxi province,Huidong new hill rutile mine in Sichuan province and Jiangsu province etc,and the research for mineral dressing in some companies.The result showed that the particle size after grinding has an important influence on the mineral dressing,and so the grinding in step by step,scrub-grinding,and adding reagent will obviously increase the dressing effect;According to the characteristic of primary rutile ore component and complex inlay of it,the technics that combine with gravimetric separation,magnetic separation,floatation,electrostatic separation,acid leaching and etc mast be adopted for acquiring the high quantity rutile mineral;According to low grade characteristics of primary mineral,it is necessary to divide dressing into roughing and concentration.Choosing efficient,innocuous combination collecting agent and adjustment dosage,and adopting floatation to processing primary rutile mineral is the mostly study direction for the future.
