| 摘 要： | 分析常见的循环球式转向器漏油的问题,指出动力转向系统匹配问题、密封结构设计不合理、制造误差以及装配原因是产生渗漏的主要原因。从系统匹配、密封结构入手,对渗漏的动力转向器重新进行系统匹配,对密封结构如扇齿轴结构、上盖面及侧盖面结构及堵头结构进行改进,较好地解决了循环球式转向器漏油的问题。
