石墨共混改性热塑性聚酰亚胺梯度复合材料干摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:采用叠层法制备石墨/热塑性聚酰亚胺梯度复合材料,用电子万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜以及MPX-2000型摩擦磨损试验机研究其力学性能、干滑动下的摩擦磨损性能及磨损机制,并与机械共混法制备的均质复合材料进行比较。结果表明:梯度材料各梯度层结合良好,相邻两梯度层之间形成了过渡层,层间界面消失,性能呈梯度分布;干摩擦条件下,梯度复合材料的摩擦磨损性能优于相同石墨含量的均质材料;梯度材料的磨损机制是微切削磨损、表面剥落和磨粒磨损的综合作用。

Abstract:Graphite/thermoplastic polyimide functionally gradient materials with different graphite contents were prepared by laminated method.The mechanical properties,wear mechanism and friction and wear properties of gradient materials under dry sliding were researched with electronic universal testing machine,SEM and MPX-2000 friction and wear tester,and were compared with that of homogeneous materials prepared by mechanical blending.The results show that the gradient materials have good bonding between the gradie...
