摘    要:在实验室制备了一种分子中含有苯并三氮唑官能团的硼酸酯衍生物,采用红外光谱、元素分析手段对其结构进行了表征。选择菜籽油作为基础油,在四球磨损试验机上考察了所制备添加剂的摩擦学性能。结果表明,所制备的苯并三氮唑硼酸酯在菜籽油中具有较好的极压、抗磨性能和优异的减摩作用,同时还可以起到抑制铜片腐蚀的作用,是一类具有潜在应用前景的多功能添加剂。

Abstract:A novel borate ester derivative containing benzotriazole(titled BTBM) was synthesized and characterized.Its tribological properties used as multifunctional additive in rapeseed oil were evaluated using four-ball tribometer and compared with T202.Results show that BTBM possesses good load-carrying,antiwear abilities and excellent friction-reducing capacity.In addition,the synthesized additive shows good anti-corrosion performance in the base oil and possesses high application value in industrial lubricating ...
