摘    要:为增强T型槽干气密封的气膜承载能力及其稳定性,提出一种变深T型槽干气密封端面结构。基于气体润滑理论模型,采用有限单元法求解雷诺方程,在不同操作参数下对比分析变深T型槽与等深T型槽干气密封的工作性能。结果表明:与等深结构相比,变深结构有更好的气膜承载能力和稳定性;尤其在低速低压或高速高压条件下,变深T型槽比等深T型槽具有更高气膜承载能力和稳定性。

Abstract:A new type of T-groove dry gas seal with tapered-depth was introduced in order to improve load capability and stability.Based on gas lubrication theory,performance of the tapered-T-groove seal was numerically studied and compared with that of T-groove seal under difference operation conditions by solving the Reynolds Equation with finite element method.Results show that the tapered-T-groove has better load capability and stability than the T-groove.The tapered-T-groove has higher hydrodynamic effect and sta...
