干摩擦和原油润滑下丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶磨损行为研究

摘    要:原油开采用螺杆泵的橡胶定子在干摩擦和原油润滑条件下的磨损行为直接关系到其密封性能和使用寿命。采用MPV-600环块试验机在室温条件下研究橡胶定子常用的丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氟橡胶(FPM)在干摩擦和原油润滑下的磨损行为,并初步探讨其磨损机制。结果表明:干摩擦低载荷下,NBR的磨损量略低于FPM;而在高载荷下,由于摩擦生热致使NBR硬度降低发生黏着磨损,使其磨损量大幅度增加,磨损量远大于FPM。原油润滑下,由于剪切力和摩擦热的降低,NBR的磨损量低于FPM。
