| 摘 要： | 以中海SZ36-1环烷基减三线馏分油为原料,利用糠醛二次抽提工艺,开发出了满足欧盟REACH法规要求的中海油环保橡胶油,并将中试技术成功地实现了工业化并市售。中海油环保橡胶油产品经北京橡胶工业研究设计院应用研究,结果表明:中海油环保橡胶油,无论是胶料加工性能,混炼胶性能还是硫化胶性能,均与国际同类产品先进水平相当。

| Abstract: | The non-carcinogenic rubber oil was developed by CNOOC based on the raw material of SZ36-1 VGO No.3 naphthenic base oil and the furfural re-extraction technology.The rubber oil could fully satisfy the requirements of REACH by EU,and was successfully industrialized and put into the market.Research result from Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry showed that,the rubber oil is at the same level as the global leading products in rubber processability,rubber compound property and vulcanized rub... |
