电动汽车用LiFePO4/C锂离子蓄电池性能

摘    要:对最新开发的150AhLiFePO4/C锂离子蓄电池进行了试验测试。分析和评价了其电压特性、容量特性、直流内阻特性、功率特性和温度特性,同时与其他动力电池的性能进行了比较。研究表明,LiFePO4/C锂离子蓄电池在安全性、循环寿命、成本和对环境友好等方面的特点适于电动汽车应用,但综合性能优势尚不明显,尤其是低温性能需要改善,比能量和比功率需要进一步提高。

Abstract:Various experiments on 150 Ah LiFePO4/C Li-ion battery newly developed by an domestic company were carried out. The performances of voltage, available capacity, internal resistance, power and temperature were analyzed and appraised respectively, which also were compared with the performances of other type traction batteries. The research shows that the LiFePO4/C Li-ion battery is applicable to electric vehicles, but the predominance of its overall performance is not achieved now, its performances at low temperature, specific energy and specific power are expected to be improved.
