| 摘 要： | 通过工艺试验,研究了合金含量、温度、酸度、主盐浓度、电流密度对低温铁合金镀层的显微硬度、结合强度有沉积速度等性能的影响,找出最佳工艺条件.并简单介绍了低温铁合金电镀工艺在零件修复上的应用.

| Abstract: | The influences of alloy content,temperature,major salt content and current density on ferroalloy plating layer's hardness,adhesive force and sediment speed were studied.Through a serial of experiments,the best process condition was found out.The application of the low temperature ferroalloy plating process for parts repairing was introduced. |
