| Abstract: | A two-state climate model is proposed for eva lu ating the reliability indexes of distribution circuit. Comparing with one-state climate model, it indicates that the weather factor possesses the very importan t influence to the reliability index of distribution system. To accurately evalu ate the reliability of distribution system, we should think over the influence o f climate. |
