载重轮胎胎圈钢丝包胶配方的改进

摘    要:以提高粘合性能为中心,探讨载重轮胎胎圈钢丝包胶配方的改进。与生产配方相比,改进配方用NR/SBR体系替代NR/BR体系,用白炭黑和氧化钙减量替代轻质碳酸钙和陶土,增大硫黄用量,用后效性促进剂DZ替代DM和部分NOBS。改进配方胶料的粘合性能、物理性能和耐热老化性能提高,成品轮胎钢丝圈的H抽出力明显增大。

Abstract:The modification of the bead wire coating for truck tire was investigated focusing on the improvement of adhesion.In the modified formula of bead wire coating,NR/SBR was used instead of NR/BR,less-in-weight silica/calcium oxide was used instead of light calcium carbonate/clay,DZ was used instead of DM and part of NOBS,and the addition level of sulfur increased.The adhesion property,physical properties and heat-aging resistance of modified formula improved,and the H pull-out of bead wire in finished tire increased significantly.
