| 摘 要： | 根据潍坊市坊子区配电网络的实际情况,以及在农网配电线路分布广的特点,论证了采用GSM通讯技术作为配网通讯的通道的可行性。介绍了该GSM远方监控和报警系统的功能和特点,以及构成和工作原理,并简要叙述了现场试验、运行的情况。
