北京图书大厦二期工程

本项目位于北京城市中心的西单地区.南邻西长安街.西邻西单的城市广场。图书大厦一期工程建成于上世纪90年代。根据业主的计划.扩建内容包括在一期的北侧扩建一幢新楼.同时对现有建筑进行全面整合.使其与扩建部分共同形成一个面向未来的城市新地标。

The Second Phase of Beijing Book Building Project

The project is located in the center of the city -- Xidan, which is south to the West Chang＇an Street, and west to the Xidan Square. The first phase of the Book BuiLding was finished in 1990s. According to the plan of the owner, the extension will include building a new wing at the north part of the first phase, as well as generally integrating all existing buildings, with the achievement that the second phase combines with the first phase to form a new land mark looking into the future.
