摘    要:随着智能驾驶技术的发展,新一代信息与通信技术逐步与汽车技术实现了融合,针对国家有关部门推动新能源智能网联汽车的准入和通行试点的相关建议,文中基于云计算、人工智能、大数据、传感技术、物联网、新型通信与电子电气架构技术,分析了城市交通安全、能源消耗、环境污染和人们的出行体验等问题,提出了基于新一代信息技术的新能源智能网联交通城市应用方案,设计了一套集云、管、端于一体的智能网联系统,实现了交通、汽车、能源、信息通信四大产业的历史性融合。

Abstract:With the development of intelligent driving technology, the new generation of information and communication technology has gradually integrated with automobile technology implementation. In response to the relevant suggestions of the relevant state departments to promote the access and passage of new energy intelligent networked vehicles, this paper based on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, sensing technology, Internet of Things, new communication and electronic and electrical architecture technology, analyzes urban traffic safety, energy consumption, environmental pollution and people''s travel experience and other issues, proposes a new energy intelligent networked transportation city application scheme based on new generation information technology, and designs a set of cloud, management and end-to-end intelligent network system, realizing the historic integration of the four major industries of transportation, automobile, energy and information and communication.
