摘    要:通过建立三维有限元模型,研究了曲线顶管施工过程中地表的变形规律.通过有限元模拟,探讨了泥浆套、机头压力和土体抗力对地表变形的影响,结果表明:泥浆套的完整性和机头压力对曲线顶管施工过程中地表的变形有重要影响;曲线顶管由于附加土体抗力的存在,管轴垂直方向地表变形的最大值偏向顶管平面曲线的圆心一侧,偏移的距离与顶管的平面曲线半径有关.

Abstract:The deformation of ground surface during the construction of curved pipe-jacking is studied with 3D finite element methods.The influence on ground surface deformation caused by the slurry sleeves,the soil pressure on the head of pipe-jacking and the earth resistance are discussed on the basis of finite element simulation.The results show that the continuity of slurry sleeves and the pressure of the head are very important factors to ground surface deformation during the construction of curved pipe-jacking.Because of the existence of additional earth resistance,the maximum of the ground surface deformation perpendicular to the pipe axis is at the side of the center of the pipe-jacking curve and the distance of deviation depends on the radius of pipe-jacking curve.
