摘    要:以碳素结构钢20g为研究对象,采用直流正接A-TIG焊,以及涂敷成分配比不同的表面活性剂,研究表面活性剂配比及主要焊接参数对焊接熔深的影响规律.结果表明,活性剂配比和焊接参数的改变导致焊接熔深、熔宽和焊接接头金相组织变化.焊接有效热输入的增加与电弧的收缩是熔深增加的主要因素.

Abstract:Through activating tungsten inert-gas(A-TIG)welding with direct current straight polarity(DCSP)mode of 20g and various mixture proportions of surface activating flux served as experimental fluxes,the mechanism of increasing welding penetration is studied on mixture proportions and main welding parameters.The results show that the welding penetration varies with fluxes and mixture proportions,effective heat input and arc constriction are important factors influencing welding penetration.
