| 摘 要： | 中国的工业遗产保护与再利用工作起步较晚,尚未对其形成较完善的研究、认定与再利用体系。本文深入阐述了工业遗产的概念,并从国际、国内两个层面对其进行分析界定;然后从分析工业遗产具有的多重价值出发,如：历史研究价值、科学技术价值、人文社会价值、建筑艺术价值和经济价值等,进一步揭示了工业遗产保护与再利用工作的重要性与意义。

| Abstract: | For the protection and recycle of China＇s industrial heritage starts late,our country has not formed perfect research,identification,and recycling system.This thesis gives a detailed illustration to the concept of industrial heritage,and analyzes the industrial heritage from the international and domestic aspects.Then the thesis starts from analyzing its multiple values of industrial heritage such as historic value,scientific and technical value,human and social value,architectural and economic value,etc. |
