汽车动力总成弯曲振动实验模态分析中的非线性特性

摘    要:在台架及整车条件下,对动力总成弯曲振动实验模态分析中的非线性特性进行研究表明,这一非线性特性仅存在于整车条件下的分析。首次提出对于具体型式的汽车在整车条件下的动力总成弯曲振动实验模态分析,应给出在该车动力总成可能的横向激励范围内其关注的弯曲振动模态频率的曲线图表,才是比较完全的

Abstract:In this paper, the nonlinear characteristics of experimental modal analysis of bending vibration of powerplant( BVP) is studied both in test beds and with real vehicles. The studies indicate that the phenomenon only exists in the analysis of whole vehicle condition. The authors put forward for the first time, that experimental modal analysis of BVP of particular model in whole equipment condition is perfect by providing with the main modal frequencies curve chart in the range of lateral exciting forces.
