摘    要:为研究粘贴碳纤维布对在役钢筋混凝土桥梁受力性能的改善效果以及对已有裂缝的抑制能力,结合某具有较大纵向裂缝变截面连续整体现浇混凝土板桥的损伤特点,介绍了碳纤维布加固该类桥梁的设计要点.分别进行了加固前后的对比性荷载试验,试验结果表明,粘贴碳纤维布可明显抑制整体式板桥已有纵向裂缝的扩展,降低受拉区混凝土应变水平,改善荷载横向分布规律,提高上部结构整体受力能力.

Abstract:Application of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) to strengthen an aging reinforced-concrete-girder integral bridge is described. The lack of transverse reinforcements in longitudinal section in superstructures led to several cracks. Presence of efflorescence and concrete delamination at some locations on the girder soffit were also observed. Concerns about overall safety of the bridge were raised. A decision was made to strengthen the bridge with externally bonded CFRP. Load tests were conducted to evaluate effectiveness of the strengthening system and investigate its effect on structural behavior. Test results in dicate that strengthening RC integral bridges with CFRP can not only reduce the width of cracks and strains in concrete, but also improve the transverse load distribution in superstructure.
