摘    要:介绍磁性纳米多层膜中的自旋极化输运和巨磁电阻效应,利用巨磁电阻传感器和小磁钢设计一种高灵敏度位移传感器,并精确测量金属的热膨胀系数,测量金属热膨胀系数不确定度一般优于3%.

Abstract:The spin-polarized transport and giant magnetoresistance in magnetic nanomultilayers are introduced,a high-sensistivity sensor is designed by GMR devices and small magnet,and thermal expansion coefficient of metal is measured accuratdy,metal uncertainty of measuring coefficient of thermal expansion is generally less than 3 %.
