摘    要:针对传统机动车身份识别系统设备体积较大、不方便携带和移动的问题,文中开发了基于智能手机的机动车电子身份比对装置,其由微型便携超高频RFID读卡器、智能手机、手机APP及后台数据服务器共同组成。该装置充分利用了智能手机的拍摄、数据处理和通讯功能,配合微型RFID读卡器使用,具有方便携带、可同时完成机动车电子和传统号牌双重识别、可实时联网完成数据比对、价格低廉、工作稳定等特点。同时方便稽查人员随身携带使用,可完成对机动车辆身份的流动稽查、违章违法查处、盗抢套牌车辆查处等工作。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large volume, inconvenience to carry and move of traditional vehicle identification system, this paper developed an electronic vehicle identity comparison device based on smart phone, which was composed of a portable ultra-high frequency RFID card reader, smart phone, mobile phone APP and background data server. The device made full use of the functions of smart phone shooting, data processing and communication, and cooperated with the use of micro-RFID reader. It was convenient to carry, could simultaneously completed the dual recognition of motor vehicle electronic and traditional license plate, could completed data comparison in real-time networking, low price, stable work and so on. It was very convenient for inspectors to carry and use with them, and could completed the flow of motor vehicle identity. Motion inspection, illegal investigation and punishment of violations of rules and regulations, investigation and punishment of stealing and robbing licensed vehicles.
