超长深埋隧洞施工布置方案研究

摘    要:针对新疆某大规模输水工程无压输水隧洞地质条件复杂、施工通道布置条件差等问题,在总结国内外地下隧洞施工能力、相关控制指标和设备制造水平现状,分析各种施工方法特点、设备能力水平和施工风险的基础上,结合本工程建设条件确定该隧洞的施工布置原则。据此拟定隧洞施工段落划分、施工通道布置,明确主洞及支洞的布置特性。最终确定本工程隧洞共布置 17 条施工支洞,其 中 TBM 施工段布置 11 条,钻爆法施工段布置 6 条,单台 TBM 掘进长度 18 ~ 23. 64 km,独头一次掘进最长距离 20. 67 km。隧洞开工至今施工基本顺利,施工布置方案的合理性处于检验阶段,可对超长深埋隧洞施工布置原则的确定及施工布置设计的思路提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complicated geological condition,poor layout condition of construction passage,etc. of the free-flow tunnel for a large-scale water conveyance project in Xinjiang,the construction layout principle for this tunnel is determined in combination with the construction condition of the project on the basis of summarizing the construction capacity of underground tunnel,the relevant control index and the status of the equipment manufacturing level at home and abroad and analyzing the characteristics of all the construction methods,equipment capacity level and construction risk. Hereby,the construction section division and the construction passage layout of the tunnel are determined,while the characteristics of the main tunnel and the construction adits are defined as well. Total 17 construction adits are arranged in this tunnel,among which 11 adits are arranged in the construction section of TBM and 6 adits are arranged in the borehole-blasting section with the tunneling length of 18~ 23. 64 km per TBM and the longest distance of single-headed tunneling of 20. 67 km. The construction is smoothly carried out since the start of the construction of the tunnel,while the reasonability of the construction layout scheme is just in an examination phase. The determination of the construction layout principle and the design concept of this ultra-long and deep-buried tunnel can provide references for the similar projects concerned.
