摘    要:含储热和电加热的光热电站的出力具有良好的灵活性和可调度性,能够有效提升电力系统调节水平和新能源消纳能力。首先,基于光热电站运行机理,建立含储热及电加热的光热电站运行模型,描述光热电站的能量转换特性及运行约束。进而,以系统运行成本最优为目标,计及系统各项运行约束,建立含大规模风电及光热电站的电力系统优化调度模型,并利用优化软件CPLEX求解模型。该模型综合考虑光热电站提供备用容量能力、系统运行稳定性及整体经济性,从而确定最优日前调度策略。最后,通过IEEE 39节点系统算例仿真验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:CSP(Concentrated solar power plant) with thermal storage system and electric heater has good flexibility and schedulability, which can effectively improve renewable energy accommodation. Firstly, based on the operation mechanism of CSP , the operation model of CSP with heat storage and electric heater is developed. With the aim of minimizing the operation cost of the system, considering the operation constraints of the system, the optimal dispatching model of power system with large-scale wind power and CSP is proposed. The model considers the operation flexibility, stability and economy of the system, for which the optimal scheduling strategy is obtained. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by example results of IEEE 39-bus system.
