摘    要:对影响过磷酸钙装置磷矿磨粉系统产量,质量的各个环节综合分析后,将风扫磨的传动组件和筒体衬板,选粉器,煤粉风机等进行技术改造,简要介绍技术改造的具体内容和所取得的效果。在不追加过多投资的前提下,提高了风扫磨的产量,降低了生产成本和能耗,获得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:After the comprehensive analysis for each factor which effects the production capacity and quality of the phosphate rock Grinding system in the super phosphate plant,the technical revamp has been carried out for the driving unit and liners of the air swept mill,powder selection unit and coal powder fan.The concrete content and result of the technical revamp have been briefly introduced.On the condition of less investment added,the production capacity of the air swept mill has been increased,the production cost and energy consumption have been decreased,and the good economic benefit has been obtained.
