摘 要: | 在欧洲市场,对使用诸如团块状的生物质燃料的关注日益增长。本文给出了使用带有不同类型导流管的连续喷动干燥锯末的实验数据。对不同进口和出口温度下湿锯末干燥进行了研究。在喷动干燥器中,干燥能力取决于热流量大小。实验结果表明,导流管能够提高干燥能力。此外,导流管的设计对热流量利用有影响。

Abstract: | The interest shown in the use of biofuels such as pellets and briquettes has continued to grow in the European market. This paper presents the experimental results obtained from the drying of sawdust in a continuous spouted bed with various draft tube designs. The tests are performed using wet sawdust at various inlet and outlet gas temperatures. In a spouted bed dryer, the drying capacity depends on the heat capacity flow. The results show that draft tubes can improve the drying capacity. They also show that the utilised heat capacity flow is influenced by the design of the draft tube. |
