| 摘 要： | 技术风险是企业面临的各种风险中的一类风险。作为企业技术创新活动基础与前提的技术风险分析日益为人们所重视。对技术风险的内涵、技术风险分析的对象和内容、技术风险评价、技术风险机制与处理进行了讨论。目的是针对技术风险的特点与规律采取相应的管理方式与控制手段，在防范或减少技术风险。

| Abstract: | Technical risk is a kind of risks that enterprises are facing. As the basis and premise of innovative activities of technology, technical risk is paid more and more attention by enterprises. In this paper, the connotation, objective, contents, assessment, mechanism and treatment of technical risk are discussed. Focusing on the characteristics of technical risk and its rules, we can take proper methods of management and control ways to prevent/decrease the technical risk. |
