浮法玻璃窑炉石油焦粉全富氧燃烧探讨分析

摘    要:以石油焦粉取代重油或天然气作为玻璃生产的燃料,降低成本的同时也会带来一系列问题,从而提出石油焦粉全富氧燃烧思路,取消蓄热室和小炉,并对浮法玻璃窑炉石油焦粉全富氧燃烧进行理论与经济效益分析,认为浮法玻璃窑炉石油焦粉全富氧燃烧技术是可行的。

Abstract:Petroleum coke powder replacing heavy oil or natural gas as fuel for glass melting can reduce cost, however, a number of problems can also be created. For this reason, the thought of petroleum coke powder with oxy-fuel combustion technology was put forwarded. The regenerator and port were no longer used. It is pointed out that the petroleum coke powder used as fuel with oxy-fue/ technology in float glass furnace is practical based on theoretical and economical analysis.
