微机化中子水分计

摘    要:本文报告了一台微机化中子水分计。该计是由混凝土拌合机用中子水分计发展而成的。其特点是采用TECH-81单板机来完成计数、运算和显示的任务。它具有计算补砂量的功能,并能通过多道采样获取几个中子水分传感器的测量数据,所以能同时测量几个料斗内黄砂的水分。静态标定曲线的精度为±0.24%wt,动态考核误差极限<0.5%wt,已能满足混凝土生产的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, a microcomputcrized neutron moisture gauge is reported. This gauge consists cf a neutron moisture sensor and instruments. It is developed from the neutron moisture gauge for concrete mixer. Its character is that a TECH-81 single card microcomputer is used to play the role of count, compute and display. Its function has been increased ever the early type of the neutron moisture gauge. It has the function of computing compensated quantity of sand. It can acquire those measured data of several neutron sensors by the multichannel sampling, therefore it can measure moisture values of those sands in several hoppers simultaneously. The precision of the static state calibration curve is 0.24%wt. The error limits of the dynamic state check are <0.509%wt. It has satisfied the demands of the concrete production.
