| 摘 要： | 当前反腐问题已成为党风建设的一个重要切入点,而基层反腐败是反腐战争的最前沿.基层腐败污染了广大乡村的社会风气,损坏了党在农民心目中的形象,从而动摇了党的执政基础.本文拟从会计核算方法的角度论述目前的乡村会计核算方法,提出成立乡村统一财务核算机构,统一各级行政单位的财权的办法,从而从根本上杜绝腐败滋生的土壤.

On the basis of investigation, the article clarifies the importance of transforming the central practice of account into grading practice of account in countryside, meanwhile gives detailed methods. |
