摘    要:通过Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机对高Nb微合金钢进行高温单道次压缩变形实验,研究了变形条件对试验钢动态再结晶的影响,得出了试验钢的动态再结晶激活能为365.975 kJ/mol,并建立了试验钢动态再结晶热变形模型和峰值应力、峰值应变与Z因子的关系,为预报和控制该钢的组织和性能提供了基本依据.

Abstract:The effects of deformation conditions on dynamic recrystallization of Nb-microalloyed steel were studied with Gleeble-2000 thermo mechanical test system. The dynamic recrystallization activation energy of tested steel was determined to be about 365. 975 kJ/mol. The model of thermal deformation and the relationship of peak stress, peak strain and Z were obtained that provide basic data for prediction and control of microstructure and properties of tested steel products.
