球罐氢鼓泡形成原因及防护措施

摘    要:对湿H_2S环境下球罐氢鼓泡的产生原因、形成过程和腐蚀状况进行了分析,指出氢鼓泡的发生一是球罐处于临氢环境,因腐蚀产生的H]渗入到了钢中;二是容器所用的钢材存在夹杂,即有“空穴”。同时提出了具体的防护措施,如增加脱硫装置以降低H_2S的浓度,改善压力容器工况条件, 以及对焊缝部位采取喷铝措施等。

Abstract:The analysis of the causes of hydrogen blistering, development process and corrosion of the spherical tanks in wet H2S environment concludes that hydrogen blistering is the results of hydrogen permeation into steel in hydrogen environment of the tank and the existence of impurities and cavities in steel material. Protection measures such as installation of desulfurization unit to reduce H_2S, improvement of tank operating conditions and application of sprayed aluminum on welded area etc are presented.
