青岛海湾大桥箱梁整体钢侧模支架体系计算及抗倾覆稳定分析

摘    要:结合青岛海湾大桥工程的连续箱梁整体钢侧模资料,计算了分层浇注混凝土时产生的液体侧压力;并根据混凝土初凝时间,分3个时间点计算液体侧压力对钢侧模产生的最不利影响,对钢侧模进行了稳定分析,为满堂支架设计和计算提供了重要依据.

Abstract:Based on the information of integral steel side formwork of the continuous box-girder in the Qingdao bay-bridge construction,liquid side pressure during layer pouring is computed in this paper,the most adverse influences on steel side formwork produced by liquid side pressure are calculated from three time-points according to the concrete initial-setting time,and stability analysis of the steel side formwork is accomplished.It provides important reference for design and computation of full-scale supports.
